OLYMPIC 2012 London

12 Aug

Assalamualaikum and a very Good Morning~

I have been thinking to write a post solely about Olympic especially Team Malaysia.

Malaysia is a small country and we never won gold medal.

Every time Olympic is on, we are hoping and praying our athletes do their best and present us with a medal, bronze, silver or gold.

Datuk Lee Chong Wei, our own shuttler bagged our fist medal which was silver. All Malaysians are proud of him.

I was brawling like crazy when I saw him cried during victory ceremony. He even tweeted sorry because he did not win gold. The truth is, he is our gold medal. He is a legend.

Throughout the game, my heart was beating like hurricanes. I can’t sit, I can’t do anything because of the neck-to-neck game. Lin Dan won the game after 3 set.

Those are the screen caps I  managed to capture.

Pandelela Rinong also made a history by being the  first female athlete and Sarawakian to win medal in Olympic outside Badminton.

” The 19-year-old finished third behind China’s Chen Ruolin and Australia’s Brittany Broben in the 10m individual platform event.”-The Star Online.

This time, I also cried…Tears of happiness. It was a emotional moment for Malaysians.

So happy and proud of her. Her 2 last diving was totally AWESOME.

To all Malaysian athletes, you all have done your best. Medal or not, you have make us proud.

We are united as one because of sports.

Thank You again.
