Alhamdulillah, I’m doing great here.
Still don’t have my dream job but currently I’m juggling with 2 odd jobs. One is the felt-thingy and the other one is a part time teacher at a of tuition centre in Kuching.
I teach only one subject which is History Form 3.
Last night was my second class and I quite satisfied with their performance.
I try to make the class more engaging because as you know “History is a Boring Subject“. ( I can see the capital ‘BOSAN’ sign on their foreheads)
I never get bored with History, that’s why I want them to feel the same way as I do.
Instead of just giving out the facts with dead face, I transformed it by story telling. Sometimes I would ask them (repeatedly) on the significance date, place or etc.
and FYI, I teach them in Bahasa Sarawak, why? because Bahasa Sarawak is more nempiyak and more fun. Sometimes I mix it with English and Malay but most of the time, Malay Sarawak.
After two classes, I have already memorized their name and characteristics. 🙂
It is easier now I have known them personally so I can pop up the questions in the middle of the lesson and attack them with a lot of questions. *devilish laugh*
Hopefully they’ll understand History because next week, I’m going to give them an exam. Better get ready~

Alhamdulillah lah juak. ok bah incomenya. student ku rami niesa eih, awal2 ria 4, kinek dah 10. lu panas bilit sebab ekon ya sik ckp kuat.
gajinya oklah sebab ku rasa ku lom layak gik mok dapat gaji besar2, sebab aku sikda pengalaman mengajar. stakat tok ok sidak ya. hihihi…
